Audit Report Object Is Giving Blank Or 504 Error As Changes Made In Manage Audit Policy For Opportunity Split Revenue (Doc ID 2769782.1)

Symptoms

Audit report object Opportunity is giving blank or 504 error after made some changes in Manage Audit Policies task.

The change was to include the Opportunity Split Revenue in Opportunity object in Setup & maintenance->Manage Audit Policies ->Configure Business Objects
 
Currently the reported environment is only having this issue. The other TEST and UAT environments are not having this issue for Opportunity object.

Also the users are currently using Opportunity object alone in this environment for auditing, so cannot confirm if it is failing for opportunity alone or all objects.

A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Tools > Audit Reports > select Sales - Opportunity - After 01 Dec 2020 [this can be any random date value] > Search
2. after 4-5 minutes, see the timeout error
