Taxpayer Identification Number Cannot Be Populated When Creating Person (Doc ID 2769825.1)

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Setup and Configuration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Taxpayer Identification Number cannot be populated when Creating Person

Some new users cannot enter Taxpayer Identification Number when start to Create a new Person customer.
But for example with another user id, that field can be used.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
New users should be able to enter Taxpayer Identification Number when starting to Create a new Person customer.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receivables
2. Billing
3. Create Customer from task list > Select customer type person

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter Taxpayer Identification Number when starting to Create a new Person customer.
