There are multiple transactions in transactions console which are in status stuck
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Save Goal Details
2) Discard Goal Changes
3) Run ‘_Refresh Transaction Administrator Console Status_’ ESS job
