Symptoms
In Legacy Configuration UI, when a Recommended Items rule adds parts, there is a checkbox above the Mandatory Parts section labeled with the model name. If this box is de-selected and the parts added to a transaction, the parts are added without being children of the model. However, an error shows in the error log:
Unable to retrieve hierarchy name for configuration.
com.bm.xchange.db.NotFoundException: Object 'id = -1' of type 'Catalog' could not be found.
