On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Performance Management

When is requested feedback, two emails notifications are being sent to the person who it is requested from.

The standard email and then a copy of the worklist notification.

first one ==> FYI: You are requested to provide feedback for XXXX YYYYY by 2021-XX-XX
second one ==> You are requested to provide feedback for XXXX YYYYY by 2021-XX-XX

Why is this behavior?
