Configuration Package Management Alert: [WF_NAME] Workflow, In [BP_NAME] Business Process Setup Does Not Exist In the Design. The Workflow Will Not Be Included in the Component List (Doc ID 2770245.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 19.12.13

When running Error Check on the Component List in Configuration Package Management, the following warning is generated:

WARNING
-----------------------
[WF_NAME] workflow, in [BP_NAME] business process setup does not exist in the design. The Workflow Will Not Be Included in the Component List

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace > uDesigner > Business Processes (BP) > [BP1_NAME]
  3. Set it to draft
  4. Navigate to Upper forms
  5. Save the form without any changes
  6. Set the BP to complete
  7. Deploy the BP
  8. Navigate to Configuration Package Management
  9. Select Component List
  10. Open the list
  11. Click on Error check
  12. Notice that The components list has errors and warnings:
  13. [WF2_NAME] workflow, in [BP2_NAME] business process setup does not exist in the design. The Workflow Will Not Be Included in the Component List
  14. Navigate to Company Workspace > uDesigner > Business Processes > [BP2_NAME]
  15. Set it to draft
  16. Open the Workflow
  17. Save without any changes
  18. Complete the BP
  19. Deploy
  20. Navigate to Configuration Package Management
  21. Select Component List
  22. Open the list
  23. Click on Error check
  24. Notice that the message related to [BP2_NAME] business process is not present
