Users With The Same Role And Access Group Are Not Seeing The Same Data (Doc ID 2770319.1)

Symptoms

Users are assigned to the same roles and same access group.  However, when querying accounts they are not seeing the same accounts.  
The access group is restricting the user to see only a specific account type.    Some users are able to see additional account types.
The user that can see additional account types can see data for other Business units.
