Symptoms

When trying to connect with the VB (Visual Builder) Tenant setting to PDB/ORDS (Paas database) in a private subnet, network connection errors occur.
Connections to the same PDB run fine from SQL*Developer and Toad.
The issue only arises when using VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) connections.
