Republished Assets and Layouts Do Not Reflect Any Changes In The UI (Doc ID 2770335.1)

In OCE, if any content layout or oj-oce asset is changed and re-published, changes do not reflect it is always showing the old UI.

Created an asset and selected referenced assets, then published the asset. (First time publish is working fine).

Then edited the assets or content layout and publish it again (new changes does not reflect in the rendered UI).

Note: We are using the Oracle Visual Builder Cloud to render the assets/content items.
