[OSF] - Last Item Removal From Purchase List Is Not Working (Cannot Save Zero Items in Purchase List) (Doc ID 2770337.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 09, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Commerce Cloud Service - Version 21.1.1 to 21.1.1 [Release 21A]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

This is an OSF issue it does not occur in classic storefront.

Summary:

------------

The issue here manifest itself when you are trying to clear out a purchase list (As opposed to deleting it, you would try to remove all the items in the list instead)

If you try to clear every item in a purchase list you will notice it will reload the previously saved list, when you remove the last item. See below for steps to reproduce this behavior.

Steps:
-------
1. Log in as a customer on a storefront with Purchase List enabled (B2B)

2. Go to the purchase list section available when clicking on the profile

3. Add items to a purchase list, create one if needed, (Be sure to add multiple items) and save the list.

4. Then simply start to remove the items and when you get to the last item and remove it, the list will re appear with the last saved purchase list.

*Note you can remove all items except the last item, that is the only issue, you can add as many items as you like and remove and add without any issues as many items as you like, until you reach the last item, then when you try to remove that item from the purchase list, it will reload the last saved list.
