Fusion Global HR: Work Email not Syncing with the Security Console for Some Users (Doc ID 2770377.1)

Symptoms

Employees have a work email in their person record that is marked as primary, however the Security Console account
is not syncing with the Email.

Even after running the following processes the Security Console account still is not updating for some employees.

"ESS-Synchronize Person Records"
"Send Personal Data for Multiple Users to LDAP"
"Send Pending LDAP Requests"
"Update Person Search Keywords"


The Synchronize with Identity Store has also been run and the account still is not updated in the Security Console.


Steps to reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 
1. Go to Person Management > Search for a user > Actions > Personal and Employment > Person
2. When viewing the account in the Security Console, the Work Email did not sync from the Person Record.
