Goal

Document Purpose:

This document will provide steps on how to hide contexts in a candidate's Extra Information.

Scenario:

An Extensible Flexfield (EFF) has been set up to collect additional information from the candidate.  The candidate will be required to enter data for three Extra Information contexts.

The requirement is for the Recruiter to not see the data that the candidate entered for one of these contexts.

Example:

Three Extensible Flexfields (EFFs) have been set up in the Manage Person Extensible Flexfield task to define the extra fields to capture the additional information.

The Extra Information data is collected from the candidate during the application process by adding three Extra Information blocks to the job application flow for each EFF.

The goal is that when the Recruiter reviews the candidate's information, they do not see the candidate's data for only one of the EFF fields.
