Symptoms

Direct access to Essbase cube of EPBCS/PBCS application no longer works using APS url, it fails with below error:

Cannot connect to the provider. Make sure it is running in the specified host/port. Error(404)

Changes

Support of APS url in cloud planning application has been discontinued starting 21.04 release.
