Is it possible to override Journal Entry Description/Accounting  Reserve For Encumbrance Account Combination
Reserve for Encumbrance Obligation
Reserve for Encumbrance Commitment

Currently,
These accounts are being retrieved based on the budget setup
0001-000-0000-30021-000-0000-000000-000000-00000-00000

The expected outcome is to add values to this account
For example, override 7th segment
0001-000-0000-30021-000-0000-100087-000000-00000-00000
