Goal

Can a claim owner be assigned based on the following:

1.Based on claim type. No matter which customer.
Claims with type1, then assign to userA automatically.
Claims with type2, then assign to userB automatically.

2.Based on the specific role.
CustomerA can be combined with RoleA rather than the specific user. Then the users which have roleA can be the claim assignee.
