Why the Succession Plan/Talent Pool is showing in classic instead responsive when open it from a Talent Review Meeting?

The succession plans and talent pools are showing as Responsive when open from My Client Groups > Talent Pool /Succession plan but now when open from My Client Groups > Talent Review > Open talent Review meeting > open Talent Pool / Succession Plan
