Authentication Type Oracle Cloud Account Is Not Working In Visual Builder For SaaS REST Endpoints (Doc ID 2770970.1)

Symptoms

When creating a new Service Connection in a Visual Builder application, if "Basic" authentication mode is chosen the connection works without issues, as opposed to when choosing "Oracle Cloud Authentication" in which case, when testing the connection, an error is returned.

Both the tests are performed by setting "Connection Type" to "Dynamic, the service supports CORS".
