After Migration from GBUCS Cloud To OCI Cloud, Users Are Not Receiving Any Unifier Emails (Doc ID 2771016.1)

Customer Unifier users report that they are not receiving Unifier task or notification email alerts from any Business Process WF steps. The customer has confirmed with their IT support group that both and are listed in their organization safe sender email list.

Users should receive ALL Unifier task and notification Emails.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Process Unifier BP records and other actions such as schedule UDR's.
  2. A task or notification email is sent from Unifier to a Unifier user.
  3. The user does not receive any emails from Unifier.
