On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, CX Integration

The below error message is returned after clicking on "Return to CX Sales" Button from CPQ Create Quote window:

Could not perform Action: Return to CX Sales
During commerce integration Process ID: xxxxxxxx, Name: OSC - Create Revenue Items
An error occurred while communicating with the partner site.
