Symptoms

A business event is generated when a fulfillment line is closed. This is unexpected as the customer has implemented business events to be sent when the fulfillment line is shipped.

This requirement has been defined in the Orchestration Process definitions for the - Shipped - status, by enabling:
Notify External Systems
Send E-Mail Notification
