Goal

OTM/GTM 21A introduces new features that enable OTM/GTM to Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) integration for 'User Auto Creation' and 'User Synchronization'.

This document will explains the following new features.

01. OTM User to Oracle Identity Cloud Service Auto Creation

02. Configuring Oracle Identity Cloud Service User Synchronization

Note: This is only applicable after the Gen2 Migration as we move from Shared Identity Management (SIM) to Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) as the Identity Provider used by OTM/GTM Cloud Services in Gen2.
