In PBCS after adding new hierarchy and successful database refresh, member are not reflecting in form, rule and in ad-hoc analysis.

A validation error was received from the Planning server for rules
Error: Invalid member name [XXXX]

On Webform selecting a member gives invalid member error.

Not able to perform adhoc on level0.
