Allocation Application is Having Issue With Store Grade Search

When creating an standard allocation, and using the option "Edit" Location to select the destinations, if is used the option Search inside of the list of value "Store Grade List" appears an pop-up.
This pop-up is empty, without fields to filter, and if is pressed to add the fields, the pop up loses the format and is missing labels.
Steps To Recreate:
- Create a standard allocation.
- Press Edit on Locations.
- Press search on the Store Grade List.
- Verify the issue.
- Press Advanced, and add Fields and verify the issue.
