ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to access "Profile Upgrade Mapping" Task when selecting Profiles under My Client Groups
Granted the appropriate privileges to run this process per the “Upgrading Profile Management” white paper including privilege HRT_MANAGE_PROFILE_UPGRADE_MAPPING.
also set Profile Value to Y for HCM_RESPONSIVE_PAGES_ENABLED and ORA_HRT_USER_INTERFACE_REDESIGN.

The user should have access to the mapping task

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > My Client Groups > Profiles
