Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User processed Payroll for an employee with wrong Bank details (Account Number was correct but IBAN was wrong)
Inactivated the incorrect bank account (PPM - Personal Payment Method) and a new one was created. The system is still showing the old IBAN instead of the new one.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Being able to create new Bank Account (correct IBAN) although the Account Number is the same

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. inactivated the incorrect bank account - PPM (correct Account Number but with wrong IBAN);
2. trying to create a new bank account - PPM (with the same Account Number, but this time with correct IBAN);
3. on Save and Close, the following warning message is getting triggered (although no other employee has the same bank account details assigned):
"A bank account with given details already exist and owned by another person. Do you want to become a joint owner of that bank account ?"
4. click on "Yes";
5. the system is showing still the old incorrect IBAN, instead of the new one.
