Transfer Not Allowing Receipt of Customer Order Reserved UINs (Doc ID 2772199.1)

When attempting to receive warehouse to store transfer the user is unable to receive UIN items that are in the shipment that have a layaway order and UIN status is Customer Order Reserved. The following error message is displayed to the user on the SOCS mobile UI.

Customer Order Reserve is not a valid status for Receive Transfer.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Initiate a layaway order from Xstore POS to SIOCS for a UIN item that does not exist at the store.
2. A UIN record is created in the EICS DB, with the UIN status set to 10.
3. WH to Store transfer shipment arrives with the UIN in the container.
4. User attempts to receive the container and the error message appears.
