Unable to Upload Impact of Loss Through HDL

Tried to upload Impact of Loss through HDL
METADATA|ProfileItem|SourceSystemOwner|SourceSystemId|ProfileCode|ContentType|DateFrom|DateTo|RatingModelCode1|RatingLevelCode1|ItemText20001|SectionName
MERGE|ProfileItem|Talent2o|53716_IMPACT_44307|53716|IMPACT|2021/04/22||IMPACT|HIGH||PERSON_IMPACT

However, got the below error;
The values IMPACT aren't valid for the attribute ContentTypeId.
