Create Locations(LOC) Input Interface Does No Validation On The SKU (Doc ID 2772350.1)

When adding location through the input interface upload option with excel template an unexpected behavior occurred.

When you create a location row, that has an item assignment type = permanent and you provide an invalid SKU(Stock Keeping Unit) (either a typo on the SKU or a SKU that is not in the item master in Warehouse Management Services), the excel (location template) can be uploaded (no errors), the interface will run with no issues, however upon the upload, the location created will have a SKU assignment of a hyphen. The location will allow for any inventory to be put-away to that location.

This can pose as a problem for customers, as users can create locations on a moderate scale that they believe are permanent to a specific SKU, without warning or error, and inventory can be stored outside of the intended concept (permanent location to a specific sku), also directed put-away logic would be skewed from it's intentional use.

The expectation was that the system would give an error when trying to upload the template with an invalid SKU.
