Unable to move performance document back to Manager Evaluate Workflow Step (Doc ID 2772505.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to move performance document back to Manager Evaluate Workflow Step

The manager request that a performance document that was in completed stage, be reopened and pushed back to the Manager Evaluates task as they need to change the overall rating for the employee.

The HR Specialist logged in and Navigated to Performance Documents and selected document for this employee and selection Actions > Reopen. The performance document shows as In Progress and the task shows Manager Acknowledgement - Ready.

Added Current Task filter and then selected document and under Actions > Move Task Back and selected Manager Evaluate step and selected reason and clicked submit. No errors appear, but the task still shows in the Manager Acknowledgement task, and doesn't move back.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The performance document should move when the HR Specialist performs the move task function

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > My Client Groups > Performance > Performance Documents
2. Search for performance document while choosing task > Move Task
3. Select correct task and submit

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot move the performance document to the correct task.
