Inventory By Location Screen Returns ' Null Pointer Exception ' Error (Doc ID 2772831.1)

Symptoms

Inventory by Location screen returns below error:

ERROR

SEVERE: CANNOT_FIND_SAVED_VIEW_STATE Could not find saved view state for token -7r9h9ldm6
SEVERE: Un-handled Exception
javax.faces.application.ViewExpiredException: viewId:/RmsHome - ADF_FACES-30107:The view state of the page has expired. Reload the page.

SEVERE: Un-handled Exception
java.lang.NullPointerException

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Navigate to 'Inventory by Location' screen.
  2. Click on 'Search' button.
  3. Don't use RMS application for a few minutes.
  4. Now try to use again the screen. It error out.
