Symptoms

When attempting to reach the Cloud Portal page, the following error occurs after providing username / password on the "Oracle Cloud Account Sign In" page:

ERROR

The requested page was either not found or you do not have access to it.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access the environment URL (Example:  https://p6.oraclecloud.com/ABCCompany).
2. Provide username / password at the "Oracle Cloud Account Sign In" page.
3. Receive "The requested page was either not found or you do not have access to it."
