Symptoms
While following the primary Knowledge Document for SSO implementation in the OCI Cloud environments (Enabling Federated Identity Single Sign-On (SSO) Through SAML 2.0 For Primavera Products Hosted In Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) (Doc ID 2497983.2)), the following error message was displayed
"Microsoft.IdentityServer.Service.SecurityTokenService.RevocationValidationException: MSIS7098: The certificate identified by thumbprint '<alphanumeric string containing the thumbprint' is not valid. It might indicate that the certificate has been revoked, has expired, or that the certificate chain is not trusted."
