The Apply Job State "Failed" After Deploying OUD from Oracle Cloud Marketplace / Troubleshooting a Failed Job State

Symptoms
- Stack State Active
- In the Stack Details the ormjob... Apply Job is shown to be in a Failed State.
Note: The screenshot above shows two failed jobs. The job name that starts with ormjob... is the Apply job created after deploying OUD from Oracle Cloud Marketplace.
The job that starts with destroy... is the job used to remove the Stack by -
1) Clicking on the "Destroy" button
2) Clicking on the "More Actions" drop-down menu and selecting "Delete Stack".
For more info - Deleting the OUD Stack
Since the Destroy job failed, resources were not destroyed. The next step would be to delete the stack after the Destroy job removes the resources and is successful. Since the Destroy job failed, could not delete the stack.
The job that starts with destroy... is the job used to remove the Stack by -
