Purpose
This document provides instructions for customers on what option to choose on My Oracle Support when raising a Service Request to request for an external site to be allow listed. Retailers are advised to review the following document prior to submitting this request.

NOTE: The Oracle Security and Allow List procedures take considerable amount of time; Customers are encouraged to plan and submit these requests with a lead time of at least 21 days. Follow the steps listed in the Details section below and submit one SR for each environment.
