Problem Description:

An offer approval rule was set up to trigger to direct to the compensation team when the bonus is over $20,000.

However, the approval is triggering when the bonus is any amount.

Example:

((Other Compensation Details != null)

AND (Other Compensation Details.Value != null)

AND (Other Compensation Details.Value >= 20000))
