Unable to delete inactive users in Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) (Doc ID 2772980.1)

While deleting inactive users in IDCS, the following error message is displayed:

Cannot remove user <username>. Could not delete a Grant for < > . The cause of this error is: Account deletion failed.

To reproduce the issue, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to IDCS as Admin.
  2. Select the required user.
  3. Click Delete User.

Due to this issue, inactive users cannot be removed in IDCS.


 Cloned the Prod environment to DEV and modified the data in DEV.
