Goal

When user select Analyze Actions > Manage > Analyze Negotiation and then Analyze by Spreadsheet > Export, it takes a long time and returns the message:

"Gateway Timeout
The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.

This negotiation is with more than 1800 lines and award decision will be made by Spreadsheet.
