Symptoms
Project Publication Jobs Fail With Error similar to:
ERROR
[22] CORE(BRE): Object: XXXXXXX Failed to load
[22] CORE(BRE): Object: XXXXXXX Failed to load
[22] CORE(BRE): Object: XXXXXXX Failed to load
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Observe Publication services, in P6 Web, run successfully each day.
2. Observe many projects are setup with "Enable Publication", but, they have never actually published. Only one project has ever published somehow and that was in 2019.
3. Observe manually selecting a project to publish on demand does nothing.
