Question:

We rely on the Profile ID to extract profile data for candidates in our reports.

We have found there are times when the PROFILE_ID is populated in the IRC_SUBMISSIONS table but not the IRC_CANDIDATES table.

Shouldn't a Profile ID exist in the candidate table if they have a job submission?
