On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Setup and Configuration

There is an error when trying to load Receivables Activities through Import CSV file process


ERROR
-----------------------
JBO-25026: Row oracle.jbo.Key[300000088235031 300000138884401 null null null ] with XML tag ReceivableActivityVORow cannot be loaded.JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000138884401 300000088235031 ] in ReceivableActivityEOJBO-27014: Attribute SetOfBooksId in ReceivableActivityEO is required.JBO-27014: Attribute SetOfBooksId in ReceivableActivityEO is required.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Receivables Activities > Actions > Export file: Manage Receivables
2. Update record with desired Activity GL Account
3. Manage Receivables Activities > Actions > Import File
4. Observe error


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot used Import process to update Receivable Activity GL Account
