Goal

- Destroy Stack Resources and Terminate the OUD Stack using Oracle Cloud Console (or by using the oci command in Cloud Shell)

- Steps to Manually Delete Resources when the Destroy Job fails

a) Delete the Cluster(s)

b) Terminate Instances (if not removed)

c) Terminate Load Balancers and File Storage (if not removed)

d) Terminate Subnet from the VCN Details Page

e) Terminate VCN

f) Check if Policies and Dynamic Groups need to be removed
