Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, CX Integration

When attempting to display the interview in B2B application SR sub tab or Knowledge, the following error occurs.

Unable to load interview



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Embedded the OPA Interview as a sub-tab under service request.

2. Navigate to Service Request > Test Knowledge Tab
3. Error occurs
