Agent Fails With Failed To Send Message Exceeds Byte Limit In Oracle Analytics Cloud (Doc ID 2773270.1)

Symptoms

Agents are failing with the following error

[nQSError: 75009] Failed to send message. exceeds byte limit    AgentID: /shared/Test
   ...Trying SMTP Delivery loop again... Sleeping for 3 seconds.    AgentID: /shared/Test
[nQSError: 75009] Failed to send message. exceeds byte limit    AgentID: /shared/Test

Though the size of the report delivered by the agent is less than 10MB which is the size limit set for email delivery
