After Saving New Regional Settings Got Reverted To United States (Doc ID 2773429.1)

Symptoms

Changing the regional settings and clicking on save button, it shows a message saying that it was saved and it continues using Unites States settings.

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Change regional settings to Portugal.
  2. Click Save - a message shows that it was saved.
  3. Close the screen.
  4. Open the screen again observe the United States settings.
