Symptoms
When trying to run "Payslip Reprinting Report", it is not producing output for the custom template but for the seeded UK Payslip (Oracle Logo).
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to My Client Groups > Payroll > Submit a Flow;
2. Run "Payslip Reprinting Report" > completes successfully;
3. Observe that the output is for the seeded UK Payslip (Oracle Logo) and not the custom one.
