Symptoms
Supplier Qualifications were created with an invalid owner, which caused an error when trying to complete Supplier Registration.
ERROR:
Owner is no longer active.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
------------------------
1. Supplier Qualification
2. Review Manage Rule Sets
3. Supplier External Registration Request is approved
4. Registration generates a questionnaire
5. In the rules (step 2), the owner left the company
6. Click on the warning icon, it says Owner is no longer active (can also see this error in Manage Automation Error)
7. All Supplier Registrations errored out, due to the above
