In Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service (FCCS): Consolidation fails with error "The Selected Entity is Locked or Not Started" even though the Entity Unlocked (Doc ID 2773610.1)

While attempting to trigger consolidation, the following error occurs:

"A method called by the script failed on line: 8, with error: Consolidation cannot be performed. The selected Entity: "ABC" is locked or not started for the Scenario: Actual, Year: FY21 and Period: Apr."

Consider the below use case:


Parent Enity (Unlocked, Impacted)

      |____Child1 (Not Started, Impacted)

      |____Child2 (Unlocked, No Data)

Now, when you try to consolidate "Parent Entity", consolidation fails with the below error. But if you see in the data status form, "Parent Entity" is in unlocked status, and actually, Entity "Child1" is impacted and Not Started state.

"Error Message: "Parent Entity" is locked or not started for the Scenario: Actual, Year: FY21, and Period: Apr"
