Symptoms

OAC - Agent getting authentication error while delivering email

SMTP is configured in OCI for OAC Agent to deliver reports as email.
However, it failing with Authentication error:
Error message below:

  AgentID: /shared/Custom/test Report Agent_New
[nQSError: 75005] Failed to send AUTH command. Authentication credentials invalid AgentID: /shared/Custom/test Report Agent_New
  ...Trying SMTP Delivery loop again... Sleeping for 4 seconds. AgentID: /shared/Custom/test Report Agent_New
[nQSError: 75005] Failed to send AUTH command. Authentication credentials invalid AgentID: /shared/Custom/test Report Agent_New
  ...Trying SMTP Delivery loop again... Sleeping for 7 seconds. AgentID: /shared/Custom/test Report Agent_New
