This document lists some common errors why Calculation process completed successfully but the commission earning shows Calculation Error ( CALCULATION_ERROR ) status.


STEPS
1. Run Calculation
    Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Manage Calculation Processes

2. View Calculation process debug messages.
