AvailableExternallyPricedShippingMethods Does Not Include Methods Marked As Fallback (Doc ID 2773927.1)

Goal

We are using an external shipping calculator to dynamically cost shipping based on post code, so we have created a "Delivery to an Address" externally-priced shipping method in Test.

In the event of the webhook being unavailable the customer requires that a default shipping price be applied. Because of this we have configured the same entry with fallback options.

The expectation on the webhook listener is that it will send back a matching shippingMethodId to the externally priced method configured in CXC, however when there is fallback options configured for the shipping method, the method is not sent in the availableExternallyPricedShippingMethods array, so there is no way for the webhook to know which shipping method Id it should return in the response.
